Our Source
Filtered by nature,
enriched over the years.
The journey of our spring water begins with rain, long before it ever reaches the bottle. The rainwater, absorbed by the soil, spends years moving through pristine sandstone deep beneath the hinterlands of the NSW Central Coast.
Each layer of this aquifer strips away impurities, both chemical and biological: mechanical straining removes suspended particles, while natural clay minerals exchange ions with the water, enriching it with beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium. The sandstone aquifer is nature’s most premium water filtration system — water trickles down, little by little, purifying over years.
This process doesn’t happen overnight in a manufacturing facility. It happens over years, something nature perfected over millennia. What arrives in your glass is what nature intended: pure, untouched, and mineral-rich. Slightly alkaline, low TDS, and an exceptionally smooth taste — you are bound to taste the difference.
Served, naturally.
